- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I can't tell you how remorseful I am about choosing this credit union. It has been one of the worst experiences in my life. I have incurred over $800.00 in overdraft charges since May 1st 2017 going $5.00-$10.00-$20.00 over in my banking account. I have my car loans thru them and because of the overdrafts I am not able to pay my monthly payment on my car loan and that ended up getting a late fee of $64.00. I am so entirely heartbroken and devastated. I have not been able to sleep or eat. I have worked so hard the last couple months and to see my money taken away like that has destroyed me. They manipulated my bank transactions putting the highest transaction first and charging the smallest one last, I had money for one transaction but since they manipulated how the transactions were processed they were able to fine me several times even tho I had money for the transactions. Because I went over $10.00 it cost me over $425.00 just for a mistake. And they would not help me in any way. I wish I would have never went thru this bank one of the worst mistakes ever. I have a Huntington banking account they have been the best and treat me very well unlike these woman at this credit union. Not one lady I have talked to has told me the same thing about certain policies they have, everyone answered my question differently. Very uneducated and not to mention snotty. Also we had a horrible experience of a counterfeit Bill, the lady took the $50.00 and to her it's just something she can do a way with not realizing my husband and I busted out asses that day to make that $50.00. Worst credit union ever ! Manipulative, hurtful, scandalous. At this point all I can say is most likely for me now is bankruptcy.By Megan M, January 31, 2017
